Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No refunds will be permitted for any reason after January 1, 2026. This deadline is firm and applies to all registrations, payments, and fees associated with the event.
- The GST amount (18 percent) is strictly non refundable at all times, regardless of the date of cancellation or the circumstances leading to the request.
- Any cancellation request submitted on or before January 1, 2026 will be eligible only for a refund of the base amount paid, excluding GST.
- The participant acknowledges and accepts that these conditions are final and form part of the terms of registration.

Alumni of NYU College of Dentistry's Academic Programs are eligible for free registration to the Symposium. Please email manager@acharyadental.com with proof of past enrollment to NYU Dentistry's programs.
