Terms & Conditions - Acharya Foundation

1. General

  • By registering for a course, workshop, or booking any facility at Acharya Foundation, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Acharya Foundation reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

2. Course Enrolments

  • Admission to a course is confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
  • Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Acharya Foundation reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Venue Bookings

  • Venue bookings (Auditorium, Boardroom, Simulation Lab, Cafeteria, etc.) are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment as communicated during booking.
  • Clients are expected to use the venue responsibly and comply with safety regulations.

4. Damage & Indemnity

  • Any damage, loss, or misuse of the property, equipment, or facilities of Acharya Foundation or Acharya Dental during the period of use will be the responsibility of the participant/client.
  • The cost of repair or replacement, as determined by Acharya Foundation, must be reimbursed in full by the responsible party.
  • Acharya Foundation reserves the right to withhold part or all of any security deposit/advance until such reimbursement is made.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants and visitors are expected to maintain professional decorum and respect faculty, staff, and fellow participants.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Course material, presentations, and recordings are the intellectual property of Acharya Foundation and/or the faculty.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of such material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

  • Acharya Foundation is not liable for personal belongings, injuries, or any indirect losses incurred during participation in courses or use of facilities.
  • All participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements of the respective course.
